As our Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operations and logistics to deliver the best packaged cannabis. This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring all inventory movement across various locations within the warehouse, ensuring products are received, organized, and dispatched efficiently to support fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining a highly organized and efficient warehouse, and works closely with the production team to meet demand. This is an opportunity to grow your career within a nimble multinational company while leaving a tangible legacy in the work you help deliver. This role will be reporting to the Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor and is based out of our Delta Facility.  
 
Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping, and material handling 
  • Pick and palletize materials for shipping.Unload and receive incoming shipments.  
  • Physically move products that could be going out for shipment or coming in for storage.  
  • Count, sort, weigh, and unpack materials.  
  • Assist in inventory counts.  
  • Generate pick reports – physically pick and allocate consumables/biomass for production and be comfortable with communicating issues.  
  • Shop inventory and stage for production demand.  
  • Continuous improvement of warehouse operations.  
 
Must-Have Qualifications 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or operations environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. 
  • Experience working with Excel and database applications to track and report inventory levels. 
  • Experience participating in inventory counts and inventory control processes. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, accountability, and resilience. 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the day.  
  • Ability to obtain certification to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, and electric pallet jacks. 
 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications 
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. 
  • Experience in the cannabis industry, greenhouse/agricultural operations, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals. 
  • Experience with Elevated Signals or ERP systems like Dynamics365. 
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.

Compensation

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
